Geoff Byrd is a teacher and counselor specializing in relationships as spiritual path, relationships for committed partners and men's issues in relationships. Apart from his counseling practice he brings 35 years of integrating Jungian Psychotherapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, Self Psychology, Meditation, Biofeedback, Energetic Tai Chi and Qigong, and Music to the practice of the Spiritual Transformative Arts. He teaches Meditation, Mind/Body/Spirit Integrative Health Education, and courses in Spiritual and Sacred Partnerships. He is a graduate of the Professional Training program of the Center for Mind Body Medicine, A Diplomate of the American Mental Health Counselors Association, and has been certified as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Imago Relationship Therapist, Energetic Healing Therapist, Teleios Practitioner, and Matrix Energetics Practitioner. email

BJ Appelgren has followed an inspired path. During forty years, she has been artist, teacher, potter, counselor, director of a non-profit agency advocating for people with disabilities, student of hypnosis and dreaming, and writer of an alternative health care newsletter. Now, she has come full circle, re-discovering art as revelation in the form of writing. She was editor of Healing Arts Report, a national newsletter about the new health paradigm and is author of The Transparent Feather, a memoir detailing the relationship with her writing mentor, Berry Morgan, who wrote for The New Yorker (1966 - 88). Her second published memoir titled Sunny Side Up describes her yearlong quest at Sherborne, an esoteric school in England run by philosopher J.G. Bennett. Educated originally as a sculptor and art educator, she became intrigued by the psychological and spiritual aspects of creativity.
